Pickup and Delivery Information

All NexGenPTT devices are delivered to our customers once an email has been sent as to the readiness of an order.  Charges for the inability to deliver despite NexGenPTT's best efforts may also be levied. All delivered units should be configured and ready to use.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

For any problems experienced with a NexGenPTT device or service, please call your sales contact who will arrange to meet with you and assess the issue. If necessary, your sales contact will pick up the damaged product.  Once a device is rented or under warranty and it is determined that damage is not due to client negligence, NexGenPTT will configure a new device with the user's information.  Devices that were purchased from NexGenPTT enjoy a one (1) year limited manufacturer's warranty. Devices leased from NexGenPTT are fully covered for wear and tear, manufacturer's defect and consumables such as batteries and antennas.
